Vitamin D = A Ray of Sunshine!
The Vitamin D Council commented on an article posted on ABC online that stated “Couples struggling to conceive should move their focus out of the bedroom and on to the beach.”
This article highlighted a paper presented to the Fertility Society of Australia conference, where Dr. Anne Clark shows Vitamin D deficiency may play a major role in male infertility. The fertility society of Australia states that one in six Australian couples suffer infertility. Infertility is the inability of a couple to achieve conception after a year of unprotected intercourse, or the inability to carry pregnancies to a live birth. Many couples suffering infertility problems can be successfully treated with medical or surgical techniques, or lifestyle changes.
But men, do not think you are alone, Vitamin D and folic acid deficiency are known to be associated with infertility in women. So, in addition to Vitamin D, folic acid is also very important for the diets of both men and women, especially women when you are contemplating pregnancy. According to Dr. Anne Clark, "The amount of sun needed is just 10 to 15 minutes a day outside the heat of the day." So head to the beach, get some sunshine, and make sure to equip yourself with Vitamin D3 and folic acid rich supplements, such as Market Australia’s Prime™ Balance and Isotonix™ MultiTech™!

Cell phone radiation
I bought a new cell phone a couple of month's ago. I was reading the user guide and other information that came along with it, and I was surprised to find that in five different places in all of this literature, were warnings that cell phones may be harmful to your health. Perhaps these warnings have always been there and I was oblivious to them before, nonetheless, I noticed them. Of course, it didn't come right out and say that they were dangerous, it was the same U.S. FDA babble, "not proven to be harmful... yada, yada, yada." However, right there, in five different places, the cell phone company was telling me that my cell phone might be hazardous to my health.
Here is another article highlighting the debate about cell phones and their potential effect on health.
